In order to improve the quality of ingot and expand the stability of some alloy production, a large number of automatic casting machines are used in aluminum processing and casting to realize automatic and mechanized casting production technology, which is the inevitable trend of gradually replacing manual casting production. Therefore, the aluminum liquid distribution bag made of glass fiber braided cloth is used in the mold of automatic casting machine, which replaces the distribution funnel made of original refractory, so it is necessary to standardize the production and use of industry standards.
This standard only makes a specific description and corresponding provisions for the mainstream products of aluminum liquid distribution bags used in the mould of automatic casting machine for aluminum processing and casting at present. For other types of distribution bags, it can be made with reference to this standard.
The standard specifies the type of bag making; material selection; overall structure; physical size and machining accuracy; custody and use instructions.
The terms in the following documents become the terms of this standard by reference to this standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to citation documents dated by date are not applicable to this standard, however, parties to agreements under this standard are encouraged to study the availability of the latest version of these documents. The latest version of any undated reference file is applicable to this standard.
When casting for the mold evenly distributed aluminum liquid, belong to one-time consumption products.
Adopt high temperature resistant glass fiber woven cloth, mesh hole spacing can not change in sewing and use, heat resistance temperature is not less than 730℃, distribution bag surface invades high temperature shaped slurry, Do not catch fire or smoke in contact with molten aluminum (during casting) except during mold filling and adjustment;

6.1 The two sides and the bottom of the aluminum liquid distribution bag are usually 8 mesh cloth, the opening height of the two sides is 40±5 mm, the bottom side circular shunt hole is ф45±5 mm, and the special mesh number is used to negotiate and purchase with the supplier;
6.2 High temperature shaped bag bushing (inner sleeve) is all 8 mesh sewn and fixed in the middle position of the distribution bag, using special mesh number to negotiate with the supplier;
6.3 Twill or satin woven fabric, except for shunt holes, with ￠10 rack penetration holes along the distribution bag;
6.4 No hair stubble or exposed thread shall be allowed in the hot forming distribution bag sewn;
6.5 Accurate positioning of inner sleeve installation and sewing.
6.6 The white distribution bag can be used as a general product because it has no high temperature setting, which may cause deformation in use and lead to uneven distribution of molten aluminum. It is not recommended for products of higher production quality;
7 Custody and use
7.1 Keep in a dry place without heavy pressure deformation;
7.2 Prevent moisture before use and dry at no more than 300℃ without open fire;
7.3 Adjust the level and center position of the bag before casting;
7.4 Keep proper distance between the bottom of the distribution bag and the working face of the ingot head, avoid the condensation damage between the bottom and the bottom of the casting bag, keep the proper distance between the bottom of the distribution bag and the bottom of the lower casting pipe to ensure the filling of the molten aluminum and the normal casting flow, and close the shunt holes on both sides of the distribution bag in time when casting;
8 Detection Methods
8.1. Visual and visual quality measurement;
8.2. Changes in shape and size after recovery after twisting and cable-stayed;
